Hyderabad : Close on the heels of hiring VC Sekhar as Creative Head, the Hyderabad based Silly Monks has roped in another talent V Madhuri, a new age creator with Radio and Television background.
From Radio to TV to Digital, Madhuri V is On-board Silly Monks Entertainment as Creator Content Head, A digital Juggernaut based out of Hyderabad.
She will be working with the creator community and will also be scouting for new talent and nurture them to get digital savvy and ride the digital way.
A mass comm. student with more than 7 Years of experience in media, worked as creative head for popular show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu (KBC – Telugu on MAA TV) Season 3 at Big Synergy in last assignment.
Career started with the love for radio production. She worked in programming department of 93.5 Red FM and 92.7 BIG FM. The work includes spearheading music as well as non music content to get differentiation in product, the launch of popular jockey’s, producing engaging comedy sparklers on radio and creating yearly properties for branding of the station.
During her tenure in BIG FM the station had won best Morning Show and evening Jock awards from IRF, as well winning Golden Mike award for special properties. TV experience includes producing celebrity talk show ‘Dil Se’ and women’s show Swecha with Sakshi Television.
New wave in Digital content :
“Digital content is going to be the primary source of entertainment in near future. There is increase in content for the individual .We will see New pattern of programming mostly short form and snackable content. Demand for vernacular online content will increase” says Madhuri who is extremely happy to be onboard as she feels that there will be no restrictions in creating content, medium being Internet.
