mCaffeine teams up with GoKwik to increase D2C revenue by 70%

Mumbai: mCaffeine, India’s first caffeinated Skincare brand, partners with GoKwik, a top eCommerce enabler, to boost online presence and drive growth.

mCaffeine has established itself as a leader in the Skincare industry, boasting an annual revenue growth of over 300% in recent years. 

Through the partnership with GoKwik, mCaffeine seeks to boost market share and revenue significantly this year by enhancing customer shopping experiences while extending its D2C presence across Bharat.

mCaffeine aims to enhance the checkout experience by utilizing GoKwik’s 100M shopper network in India. By integrating GoKwik checkout with features like one-tap OTP login, pre-filled addresses, discounts, rewards, and payments suite, mCaffeine expects higher revenue (25%), improved shopper satisfaction, and reduced cash burn.

Vaishali Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer, mCaffeine said, “We are thrilled to join hands with GoKwik as our trusted partners in the next leg of our growth journey. GoKwik’s tech solutions, like KwikCheckout, boost eCommerce brand growth by streamlining checkout, enhancing shopping experiences, and improving profitability. Their data intelligence minimizes RTO losses, reducing costs related to returned COD orders for brands.

mCaffeine achieved a 51.8% revenue growth last year, leading the way for eCommerce brands. They are expanding into omnichannel and focusing on 24 key micro markets for offline growth. GoKwik’s network includes 4000+ brands like Lenskart, Neemans, Man Matters, Shoppers Stop, covering a wide range of online shopping categories.
