Mumbai: Moe’s Art, a creative-first communications consultancy, has announced the appointment of Shantanu Anam as its Creative Director. In his new role, Shantanu will spearhead Moe’s Art’s video-led content strategy, driving impactful brand films, commercials, and original productions that resonate across audiences and platforms.
With over a decade of experience spanning OTT, digital media, theatre, and screenwriting, Shantanu brings a unique blend of creativity and industry expertise. Rising to fame with the viral web series Baked, he has since contributed as a writer, actor, and director for leading platforms including All India Bakchod and Arre. Most recently, he served as Content Head at Jio-backed NEWJ, where he played a key role in shaping innovative video content. His notable work includes writing Hotstar Special’s PariWar, producing Hotstar’s Happy Hour, and starring as Debu in the acclaimed dark comedy Dilli Dark.
An alumnus of Syracuse University, Shantanu will now focus on scaling Moe’s Art’s video content vertical while driving the consultancy’s mission of delivering authentic and impactful narratives. Alongside video production, he will also strengthen Moe’s Art’s positioning as a brand solutions partner through innovative content formats and IPs, with projects like Happily Never After and The Anti-Agency Show. These efforts span digital-first videos, on-ground activations, and cross-platform storytelling to help brands deepen audience engagement and community building.
