New Delhi: Moglix, a B2B e-commerce platforms, has announced the appointment of Sanjeev Arora as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Sanjeev will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, playing a critical role in capital planning and steering the company through its anticipated journey to the public markets over the next 12–24 months.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across both listed and privately held enterprises, Sanjeev brings deep industry expertise shaped by his contributions in the automotive, chemicals, consumer goods, telecom, and FMCG sectors. His professional journey includes key positions at ASK Automotive, Mosaic, Goodyear, Nokia, and Apollo International.
At ASK Automotive, Sanjeev served as Senior Vice President – Finance, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the company through a successful IPO process. His leadership included IPO readiness, managing investor communications, and navigating complex regulatory engagements with global advisors.
Previously, at Mosaic India, Sanjeev served as CFO and Board Member, overseeing financial operations, spearheading M&A initiatives, building data-driven business strategies, and leading digitization and risk management efforts. His experience at Goodyear India further solidified his credentials in managing financial planning and controllership in a publicly listed setup.
