Mukta Arts and BharatBox Partner to Bring Hindi Classics to the Metaverse

Mukta Arts and BharatBox Partner to Bring Hindi Classics to the Metaverse

Mumbai: In a groundbreaking move for Indian cinema, Mukta Arts, the iconic film studio founded by visionary filmmaker Subhash Ghai, has announced a strategic five-year partnership with BharatBox to relaunch some of Hindi Cinema’s most beloved films in the metaverse.

This collaboration will breathe new life into six cinematic masterpieces-Khalnayak, Ram Lakhan, Taal, Pardes, Aitraaz, and Karma as immersive, interactive experiences within The Sandbox, a leading decentralized metaverse platform.

Through BharatBox’s dynamic ecosystem, these films will be transformed into vibrant digital worlds featuring gamified storytelling, interactive environments, and limited-edition collectible avatars inspired by the characters and settings of each classic.

But this partnership goes beyond mere IP licensing, it’s about reimagining cultural heritage in the digital age. From the morally complex world of Khalnayak to the musical grandeur of Taal, each experience will invite fans to explore, play, and own a piece of cinematic history in new and meaningful ways. Players can expect story-driven quests, iconic dialogue-based NFTs, cinematic missions, and more making engagement both emotional and experiential.
