Mumbai: MullenLowe Lintas Group India has secured a place among the ‘100 Best Companies for Women in India’ (BCWI) for the third consecutive year, reinforcing its leadership in fostering gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The recognition by Avtar and Seramount once again positions the Group as a benchmark for progressive people practices in the advertising industry.
The annual BCWI study, led by Avtar—India’s foremost DEI consulting firm—and Seramount, a US-based research and professional services organization, highlights companies that demonstrate consistent commitment to gender equality. MullenLowe Lintas Group’s continued presence on the 2025 list underscores its sustained efforts to empower women and nurture a workforce where they can thrive, grow, and lead.

Expressing pride in the achievement, S. Subramanyeswar (Subbu), Group CEO & CSO-APAC, MullenLowe Global, said, “This hat-trick is special because it reflects the culture we’ve built together, one where women have the space to lead boldly and shape what comes next. At MullenLowe Lintas Group, inclusion is not just a priority, it’s a promise we renew every day. I’m proud of our people for turning that promise into progress and for creating a future where equality fuels excellence, creating a future that welcomes every voice that dares to dream, to challenge, and to make a difference.”
With a legacy spanning eight decades, MullenLowe Lintas Group has championed a diverse and progressive workplace philosophy. Women today account for over 47% of its workforce, supported through initiatives such as an Apex DEI Council, the School of Leaders program, and a gender-neutral parental leave policy.

Highlighting the broader impact of inclusive ecosystems, Garima Pant, Group Chief HR Officer, MullenLowe Lintas Group, said, “We are incredibly proud to be recognized as a Best Place to Work for Women. For us at Lintas, gender equality moves beyond our walls; it is a movement that defines the future of our economies and our culture. We fundamentally believe that when women are seen, heard, hired, and paid equitably across the value chain, we don’t just create more inclusive advertising – we build more inclusive economies. This recognition affirms that our continuous endeavor is making a tangible difference.”
The Group’s people-first policies include 26 weeks of universal primary caregiver leave, preferential parking for expectant and new mothers, mother’s rooms, crèche benefits, extended hybrid work options, and OPD coverage for vaccinations. Beyond gender inclusion, the company has prioritised holistic employee well-being through initiatives such as scheduled downtime, holiday homes, and funded vacations.
MullenLowe Lintas Group also supports employee learning and growth through educational scholarships for employees and their children, along with financial assistance for childcare, eldercare, and support for children with special needs—areas that often disproportionately impact women in the workplace.
The BCWI study evaluates companies on recruitment, retention, career progression, and work-life integration. MullenLowe Lintas Group’s improved standing this year reflects the measurable impact of its long-term, proactive focus on diversity and inclusion.
