Chennai: The 2019 edition of News7 Tamil’s Thangatharagai Awards is all set to happen on Thursday, 21st February at the Kalaivanar Arangam in Chennai. The award is ideated and executed by Cornerstone.
Thanga Tharagai Virudhugal – Women Achiever’s Award is an unique and genuine attempt to recognise the women icons and to inspire the society to reach greater heights in their respective pursuits. The award is to honour and celebrate the extraordinary women for their outstanding achievements.
This year there will be 12 awards that will be given in the fields of Business – Corporate, Retail, Science & Technology, Entertainment (2 Awards), Bureaucracy, Social Service, Literature, Sports, Life time achievement and two Special Awards.
The awardees are selected through a research team, validated by a distinguished Jury and certified by a Knowledge Partner.
