Dallas: o9 Solutions, a software company focused on enterprise planning and decision-making solutions, has appointed Adriel Sanchez as its first-ever Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The appointment marks a significant leadership addition as the company seeks to accelerate global growth and strengthen market adoption of its AI-powered Digital Brain platform.
In his new role, Sanchez will lead o9’s global marketing organization, overseeing go-to-market strategy, demand generation, events and creative, product marketing, brand positioning, customer advocacy, and communications. The company said his appointment reflects its commitment to advancing enterprise planning through agentic AI-enabled innovations designed to help organizations identify and address value leakages across their value chains.
Sanchez brings more than two decades of marketing leadership experience across enterprise technology and software businesses. At o9, he will focus on expanding market momentum for the company’s platform and its Agile, Adaptive & Autonomous Planning & Execution (APEX) enterprise operating model, which enables organizations to improve decision-making, manage volatility, and drive growth, margins, and cash flow.

Prior to joining o9, Sanchez served as Chief Marketing Officer at WalkMe, an SAP company and a pioneer in the Digital Adoption Platform category. He also held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at education technology company Newsela. Earlier in his career, Sanchez held marketing leadership positions at Commvault, SAP, and Citi.
The company stated that under Sanchez’s leadership, it aims to enhance its global brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support expansion into new industries and international markets.
