Mumbai: Open Media and Fortune India, part of the media and publications business of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, have appointed Preeti Misra as Head – Events.
In her new role, Misra will lead the events vertical across both brands, focusing on building high-impact intellectual and experiential platforms aligned with their editorial and business vision.
Misra will report to Sahil Shetty, Chief Executive Officer – Open Media & Fortune India.
She brings over two decades of experience in marketing communications, brand strategy and large-scale events. Prior to this appointment, Misra held leadership roles at organisations including India Today Group, Laqshya Media Group, Insignia Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Times Internet Limited and C S Direkt Events & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd..
