Mumbai: OTT & Digital Marketing Innovation Awards 2020 is all set to roll With ‘Digital Re-Invent 2020’ as the theme for the first year. The conference and awards ceremony will be the premier annual gathering of the key players and decision-makers of the OTT and digital industry from across the country.

The platform aims to acknowledge and recognise content that is unique, diverse, cutting-edge and unpredictable in the Indian OTT and digital landscape and promises a dynamic event with talented visionaries who will not only deliver a message but will inspire you with their creative intellect.

“Open to all content creators, influential artists, brands, promo makers, internet stars and marketing enthusiasts, Digital Re-Invent 2020 is the best platform for brainstorming, exchanging ideas, discussing future trends as well as celebrating and awarding digital game-changers. With online video streaming in India witnessing record-breaking numbers and passionate fan bases, we felt it is the right time to venture into something that is not only insightful and trendy but will attract the right kind of crazy. The Road to 2020 will immensely interesting and fascinating to watch out for”, said Rajika Mittra, Country Head (India, Hong Kong, and the Philippines), Promax.

With a grand jury panel in place and  MX Player backing the event, the conference will have 6 topical sessions. Rajiv Bakshi, CEO, Big Synergy and our Conference Chair added, “I have witnessed Indian media’s multiple transformations over the past decades. I will leverage my experience to collaborate diverse thought processes and strategies and recognise the leaders pushing the boundaries of imagination. Being organised by Promax, reputed from Asia to Americas for its originality, authenticity, neutrality and wide industry participation; some of the key themes the event will underline include monetisation, content diversity, business models, audience divide, language market potential and talent and will trigger multitude of small and large charged new waves.”, said Rajiv.

Following the Digital Re-Invent conference is the OTT & Digital Marketing Innovation Awards, with categories that include Best Digital Game-Changer of The Year, Best User Experience on an OTT Platform, Best Blogger of The Year, Best Web Series- National & Regional amongst many others.

In response to the announcement of the event, Abhishek Joshi, Head of Marketing & Business Partnerships, MX Player said, ‘Recognition of effort and dialogue about the future at a time the industry is growing is what makes these awards relevant. Be it honouring OTT visionaries, supporting content creators or discussing key trends and possibilities with all major leaders under one roof – the biggest differentiator is that this event is all-encompassing and celebrates talent, promotion, marketing and design, unlike other standalone content or marketing awards.”

OTT & Digital Marketing Innovation Awards is accepting entries for its 19 award categories. The deadline to enter the awards is 27th Jan 2020, the early bird entry fee is on till 16th Jan 2020.
