Palo Alto Networks unveils first-ever AI-generated global brand campaign
Share Share ShareShare

Mumbai: Palo Alto Networks, the global cybersecurity leader, has announced the launch of its latest advertising campaign, developed using a transformative, AI-powered process. This pioneering approach enabled the company to move from concept to final production in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional methods, fully embracing a new era of advertising that is faster, more intelligent, and significantly more cost-effective.

The campaign, titled “Be A Genius. Deploy Bravely”, features a ten-part ad series created entirely with AI. The ads showcase iconic innovators from history — including Benjamin Franklin, Marie Curie, and Leonardo da Vinci — whose groundbreaking discoveries paved the way for new industries. The series is currently live across leading business media outlets such as CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Fortune, along with extended reach on platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

Leveraging tools such as Google Veo, Gemini, and Artlist, Palo Alto Networks’ in-house marketing team accelerated every phase of the creative lifecycle — from concept creation and content generation to multi-language localization. AI also acted as a partner in suggesting ideas, drafting copy, and generating visuals, eliminating the need for expensive photoshoots, video production, or external agencies.

Importantly, AI was deployed to assess creative effectiveness before finalization. Scripts and storyboards were analyzed by AI models to predict engagement and emotional resonance, enabling the team to refine messaging and visuals for maximum impact. As a result, production timelines were cut from the industry standard of nine months for a major campaign to just one week per ad video. Costs, previously running into tens of millions of dollars, were reduced to under $1,000 per AI-generated ad. Employee hours required to launch the campaign dropped by a factor of 20 compared to traditional methods.

Commenting on the campaign, Kelly Waldher, Chief Marketing Officer at Palo Alto Networks, said, “The AI revolution is here, and it’s transforming every aspect of business, including marketing. We’re embracing AI to not only tell our story but to set a new industry benchmark for speed, engagement, and efficiency. This allows us to maximize our share of voice in the market and ensure our story is seen and heard on the world’s most influential platforms. And, we are showing our customers that we’re just as excited as they are about leveraging AI’s capabilities, and doing it securely. By using AI tools from idea to global launch, and in record time with minimal cost, we’re demonstrating what it means to adopt AI innovation bravely.”

The campaign reflects Palo Alto Networks’ broader mission of enabling customers to securely harness AI across all facets of their business. Its Prisma® AIRS™ platform — the world’s most comprehensive AI security solution — safeguards models, data, apps, and AI agents at every stage of the AI lifecycle. By doing so, the company empowers organizations to unlock AI’s immense value while deploying innovation bravely and securely.
