New Delhi: On the 73rd Independence Day celebration at the Red Fort, addressing India, PM Modi had an important advice for all Indian travelers – to travel more often and visit at least 15 domestic destinations by 2022. Here’s an excerpt from his speech – “By 2022, before India celebrates its 75th year of independence, I would like to request that all of you should travel to at least 15 local tourist destinations.”
In line with the appeal made by PM Modi, Paytm Travel has launched its Digital Campaign – #BharatGhoomo on 28th August 2019, to inspire and help Indian travelers to plan their travel and explore the best of India. This campaign is live on Paytm Travel social handle – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
“India has an array of exotic locations that can leave you spellbound with its beauty. From trails of architectural pasts to the tranquility that hills offer, blue-green sea waters or wildlife experiences – India has got it all. Owing to its versatile landscape, India has an alternative to some amazing international wonders as well. That’s why we have launched #BharatGhoomo Campaign to encourage our users to explore destinations in India, first,” said Abhishek Rajan, Senior Vice President and Head of Paytm Travel Marketplace.
