Mumbai: Pond’s, one of India’s most iconic beauty brands, has announced a premium collaboration with Avatar: Fire and Ash, one of the most anticipated global film releases of the year, to deliver a first-of-its-kind cinema-led skincare experience in India. Rolled out in association with PVR INOX Cinemas, the immersive campaign introduces Pond’s Anti-Blue Light UV Miracle through a high-impact blend of pop culture, technology and skin science.

Timed with the release of the latest chapter in the Avatar franchise, the collaboration brings together two global powerhouses to engage audiences through cinema-first storytelling. The integrated campaign spans PVR INOX cinema activations, influencer and creator-led content, experiential kits inspired by popcorn culture, and immersive on-ground installations, designed to spark conversations around skincare protection in an increasingly screen-first world.

As consumers spend more time exposed to screens, Pond’s is leveraging the cinema environment to highlight often-overlooked concerns such as blue light exposure and UV damage. The campaign positions Pond’s Anti-Blue Light UV Miracle as a relevant, everyday solution for modern digital lifestyles, using cinema as a powerful touchpoint to drive awareness and education.

Anchored in the insight that new-age threats require new-age protection, the campaign creatively draws parallels between the evolving threats in the world of Pandora and the impact of blue light on skin health. Shared themes of light, protection and beauty form the foundation of this unique collaboration. Through immersive cinema experiences, creator amplification and on-ground innovations such as the Pond’s Blue Mirror—which uses UV imaging to reveal sunscreen coverage—the brand brings skincare protection to life in a way Indian audiences have not experienced before.

Pond’s Anti-Blue Light UV Miracle offers SPF 50 PA++++ along with Pond’s first-ever Digital Protection Factor (DPF), delivering 365-day protection from both UV rays and blue light. The product is designed to meet the needs of consumers who seamlessly navigate between online and offline worlds, reinforcing Pond’s commitment to evolving skincare solutions for contemporary lifestyles.
