Bengaluru: In a strategic move aimed at accelerating growth across the India and South Asia markets, Project Worldwide, a top-ranked global agency holding company, has announced two senior leadership appointments. Rasheed Sait has been elevated to the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer for India/South Asia, while Neha Lobo has been named Managing Director of George P. Johnson (GPJ) India, a premier experiential marketing agency within the Project Worldwide network.
These appointments reflect Project Worldwide’s renewed focus on expanding its footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions.
Rasheed Sait to Spearhead Regional Growth Strategy
Having led GPJ India for over 20 years, Rasheed Sait now steps into a broader role to drive strategic growth initiatives across the India/South Asia region. As Chief Growth Officer, Sait will be responsible for accelerating the expansion of existing businesses, introducing new agency brands under the Project Worldwide umbrella, and leading mergers and acquisitions in the region. He will also work closely with global offices to onboard international client relationships and scale Project Worldwide’s Center of Excellence in Bangalore.

Under Sait’s leadership, GPJ India evolved into a top-tier integrated marketing agency with a national presence and industry recognition, including accolades such as Specialist Agency of the Year and the Indira Excellence Award for his contribution to the experiential sector.
“Rasheed has played a pivotal role in establishing GPJ India as a trusted strategic partner for both global and local clients,” said Chris Meyer, CEO of Project Worldwide. “His entrepreneurial mindset, creative acumen, and deep understanding of the regional market make him uniquely suited to lead our next chapter of growth in India and South Asia.”
Sait will continue to serve as a board member of GPJ India and remain involved in guiding regional leadership as a senior advisor.
Neha Lobo to Lead GPJ India as Managing Director
Succeeding Sait at the helm of GPJ India is Neha Lobo, a seasoned marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience in client engagement, digital transformation, and business development. Prior to joining GPJ, Lobo held various senior roles at IBM, where she notably built a Digital Marketing Demand Centre for the APAC region and served as APAC Geo Leader for Sales Development for IBM Technologies.
At GPJ India, Lobo will lead the agency’s strategic vision, drive innovation, deepen client relationships, and steer business growth across key industry verticals such as technology, automotive, and retail.

“We are delighted to welcome Neha to GPJ India,” said Fiona Bruder, CEO of George P. Johnson. “Her passion for creating meaningful brand experiences, coupled with her ability to scale teams and drive transformation, positions her perfectly to lead the agency through its next phase of evolution.”
Lobo’s appointment comes at a time when experiential marketing continues to grow in significance, as brands look to create deeper and more engaging connections with consumers.
Together, the appointments of Sait and Lobo signal Project Worldwide’s strong commitment to the India/South Asia region and its intention to invest in high-impact leadership to navigate a rapidly evolving marketing landscape. The company is poised to capitalize on new opportunities across sectors by leveraging local expertise and global capabilities.
