Mumbai: Publicis Groupe India has announced the launch of Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), a unified, client-led offering designed to address the most pressing middle-funnel and after-funnel priorities of today’s CMOs and CIOs. The new organisation brings together the Groupe’s digital, technology and experience capabilities into a single, purpose-built model focused on driving modern business growth at scale.
Positioned at the intersection of marketing, technology and data, PDX will focus on AI-driven transformation, customer experience, commerce, social, martech and CRM. The offering is underpinned by data and engineered to help brands unlock value beyond awareness, with a sharper emphasis on engagement, conversion, loyalty and lifetime value.
The PDX model is structured around three core solution practices.
Social @ PDX is reimagined for the new age of social, combining cultural intelligence with data to activate cohorts, communities and creators. The practice will deliver social-first content, collaborations and IRL experiences, operating at the speed of modern marketing to unlock brand growth.
AI-X @ PDX is purpose-built to drive AI transformation across customer experience platforms. The practice focuses on agentic workflows and process transformation, alongside AI-powered commerce platforms, marketing systems and digital assets for both B2B and B2C clients.
CRM @ PDX is designed to unlock growth from existing customers by optimising marketing and data clouds. It enables first-party data-led targeting, one-to-one marketing and deeper customer engagement to drive cross-sell, upsell, loyalty and long-term lifecycle value.
Supporting these practices is a central Technology Centre of Excellence (COE), tasked with driving best practices across emerging technologies and AI to accelerate delivery across all PDX solutions.
PDX integrates the specialised capabilities of Digitas India, Razorfish India and Indigo Consulting into a single organisation aligned around client needs and business outcomes. The unit brings together over 500 specialists and has already delivered more than 1,000 projects, with what the Groupe describes as a first-mover advantage in applied AI and agentic workflows.
PDX India will be led by Amaresh Godbole, who takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer, alongside his additional responsibility as Chief – AI Experiences & Solutions, Publicis Groupe India.
Commenting on the launch, Anupriya Acharya, CEO, Publicis Groupe South Asia, said the convergence of marketing and technology has expanded the remit of both CMOs and CIOs. She added that PDX “re-architects how digital, technology, data and creativity work together” to help brands navigate and accelerate through this transformation moment.
Godbole said clients are no longer seeking fragmented services, but partners who can turn AI and technology into a sustained competitive advantage. “We’re entering a world of technology haves and have-nots. PDX is built precisely for this moment—taking proven capabilities, applying scale thinking, and redesigning them for an AI-first future,” he said.
With PDX, Publicis Groupe India is positioning itself to partner clients through the next phase of growth—focused on impact beyond the funnel, delivered quietly, confidently and at scale.
