Mumbai: Publicis Media India, part of Publicis Groupe, has announced the launch of Spark Foundry India, a full-funnel media agency designed to deliver AI- and data-powered brand building, performance, and commerce solutions. The move marks a significant expansion of the network’s media portfolio as it continues to cement its position among India’s top two media players.
With Publicis Media India registering strong, sustained growth driven by its differentiated data, technology, and AI-led capabilities, Spark Foundry India enters the market with a future-ready model engineered to drive measurable growth across the marketing funnel — from discovery and consideration to conversion and loyalty.
Niti Kumar, formerly Chief Growth Officer, Publicis Media India, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spark Foundry India. Known for her strategic leadership and deep client partnerships, she will spearhead the agency’s growth and positioning as a high-performance media brand.
In line with the network’s strengthened operating structure, Ravi Bhaya moves into the role of Chief Growth Officer, Publicis Media India. Jai Lala and Rathi Gangappa will continue to lead Zenith and Starcom respectively, with expanded mandates under Publicis Connected Media. Jai will sponsor Connected CRM, while Rathi will sponsor Connected Influence, further enhancing Publicis Media’s integrated, data-driven offerings.
All four leaders will report to Lalatendu Das, CEO, Publicis Media South Asia.
