Tamil general entertainment channel Raj TV has lined up new episodes of three popular shows that are making a comeback, coinciding with the Deepavali festivities.
Starting November 1, 2023, the serials – Vaidheki, Lakshmi Vandhachu and Singapenney – will return with new episodes on the channel.
These serials will bring an array of fresh narratives, innovative concepts, intense drama and exceptional entertainment to the channel’s engaging programming portfolio, according to the channel.

Lakshmi Vandachu revolves around the family Savita who is a great devotee and believer of Goddess Laxmi.Lord Laxmi decides to listen to her devotee’s wishes and descends to earth to solve them herself. Savita is the homemaker of a middle-class family who is not so financially stable but wishes that Goddess Laxmi gives her blessings to them. However, reality does not seem to go according to their wish which makes Savita question her belief in Laxmi.how Goddess Laxmi herself solves all the problems and misery from Savita and her family’s life. In Singapenney, in a dangerous and challenging attempt to save her own teenage daughter, a reputed school teacher ends up saving the bunch of vulnerable teenagers who are exposed to the hazardous world of Narcotics which results in tarnishing her own reputed image in front of society and her family. It is a story of a simple working mother who is ready to go to any extent to find and instill faith in her lost innocent daughter. With the help of Inspector Vijay she unveils certain facts and truths about Savani and the dark world she has walked into but decides to tread the same path and enter the dangerous malicious world to trace and bring back her lost daughter.
