A seasoned sales and go-to-market leader, Romel brings extensive expertise in building high-impact teams, strengthening trade partnerships, and driving execution excellence across modern trade, traditional trade channels, Horeca, Quick Commerce, and exports.
At McNroe, he will lead growth initiatives for key brands including Wild Stone, Secret Temptation, Wild Stone Code, Heaven’s Garden, Oura, and Knox, reinforcing the company’s focus on customer-centric growth and market leadership.
