Mumbai: Publicis Groupe India’s full-funnel digital agency Saatchi Propagate has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Saurabh Mankhand as EVP & Head of Consumer Experience (CX).
In his new role, Saurabh will lead the agency’s CX practice, bringing together strategy, data, content, platform innovation, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable brand impact. He will also champion Publicis Groupe’s ‘Power of One’ model to unlock new growth opportunities and deepen client relationships.
Marking his return to Publicis Groupe India, Saurabh brings over 20 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital transformation, and innovation. He has worked with leading brands including Unilever, Jio, Vodafone, and IBM, and has built service lines across e-commerce, B2B, and consumer segments. Most recently, he served as Business Head for eCommerce & Technology Services at OLIVER+, and has also held leadership positions at Indigo Consulting and Ogilvy India.
Saurabh will report to Paritosh Srivastava, CEO, Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India, and Saatchi Propagate India, working closely with Prachi Bali, EVP & Business Head, Saatchi Propagate India, and Snehasis Bose, Group Chief Strategy Officer, Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India, and Saatchi Propagate India.
