Rochester: Semify, a white-label digital marketing software platform specializing in SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and AI Optimization (AIO), has announced the acquisition of Dragon Metrics, a globally recognized AI/SEO/PPC reporting platform headquartered in Hong Kong. The acquisition marks a major milestone for Semify as it deepens its global reporting capabilities and accelerates its AI-focused product ecosystem.
Dragon Metrics, founded in 2011 by Simon Lesser and Richard Mabey, is known for its strong support across global search environments — including non-Google markets such as China, Japan, and Korea — and currently serves multinational enterprise clients and agencies in more than 50 countries.

As part of the acquisition, Simon Lesser will join Semify as Chief Product Officer, leading AI optimization product innovation. Meanwhile, Dragon Metrics’ engineering team will integrate with Semify under the leadership of CTO Brian Sappey.
