Kerala: Reporter Broadcasting Company Pvt. Ltd., which operates the Malayalam news channel Reporter TV, has appointed Shibu Varghese as Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer.
Varghese joins Reporter TV from Madison World, where he served as General Manager – Media Buying. In his new role, he will lead strategy, growth, marketing and revenue operations across India and global markets.
The appointment comes as Reporter TV, widely recognised as one of Kerala’s leading news channels, prepares for the upcoming state election.
Commenting on his new role, Shibu Varghese said, “I am excited to join the network at a time when regional news consumption is rapidly evolving. I look forward to strengthening our broadcast leadership and contributing to the network’s growth.”
In addition, the company has appointed Nitin Chandrasekharan as All Kerala Sales Head.
