Sivakumar Pethaiyan has joined G Square Housing as Global Business Head, bringing with him over 27 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SPR India.
In his new role, Sivakumar will spearhead a dynamic and tech-savvy team that focuses on providing cost-effective, innovative sales and marketing solutions for the real estate industry.

Before his tenure at SPR India, Sivakumar held key positions with several prominent companies including Callem Middle East, Eupraxia Telecom, SMI Group, Telenor, Tata Teleservices, Reliance Communications, Idea Cellular, and Bharti Airtel Services. He began his career as Manager at Bharti Airtel Services in 1999.
With extensive expertise in lead generation, client communications, sales leadership, and growth strategies, Sivakumar’s leadership is expected to drive G Square Housing’s global business expansion.
