Dubai: Sobha Realty, a global luxury real estate developer, has unveiled a new brand film spotlighting its ONE Sobha App — a carefully crafted digital platform designed to transform the experience of both existing and prospective homeowners.

Conceptualized by ANC Advertising and directed by acclaimed artist and photographer Tejal Patni, the brand film captures the spirit of artistry, precision, and human-centric innovation that lies at the heart of the app’s creation. Through cinematic storytelling and rich visuals, the film positions the ONE Sobha App not merely as a utility tool, but as a digital embodiment of Sobha Realty’s signature ‘Art of The Detail’ philosophy.
