Mumbai: Connected TV–first advertising platform CTV SCALE has named Somendu Singh as Chief Contributor, strengthening its leadership as the company builds a premium, transparent ecosystem for CTV advertising.
In his role, Singh’s responsibilities extend beyond a conventional leadership mandate. As Chief Contributor, he will play a hands-on role across key functions, including product vision and innovation, business strategy, publisher management, and media innovation. He will be instrumental in architecting what the company describes as the only ad tech solution designed exclusively for Connected TV, while defining growth pathways that position CTV SCALE as a leader in premium CTV advertising.
Singh will also focus on developing strategies that protect and enhance the value of OTT, OEM and native app inventories, while driving new standards of transparency, efficiency and quality across the Connected TV ecosystem.

Prior to joining CTV SCALE, Singh served as Digital Strategist at India TV, where he was associated with the network for over four years. His earlier career spans senior roles across organisations including India Today, Digital Quotient, GoBindas Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Applied Mobile Labs, Ahoy Telecom, and Dun & Bradstreet India, where he began his professional journey in product sales in 2009.
With nearly two decades of experience, Singh brings deep expertise across AdTech, product and business strategy, product planning, content planning, brand strategy, and product marketing. His appointment underscores CTV SCALE’s ambition to position itself not merely as another ad tech company, but as a transformative force shaping the future of Connected TV advertising.
