The collaboration aims to streamline the company’s sales functions and lay the foundation for the launch of a new product line under the entity General Stationery Innovation Pvt. Ltd.
Through this mandate, Stratefix will develop a comprehensive sales roadmap for General Traders, including structured sales processes, role clarity within teams, and performance tracking systems. The initiative is expected to align day-to-day sales operations with long-term business goals while improving team coordination and decision-making capabilities.

As part of the engagement, Stratefix will evaluate existing sales operations, identify areas for process optimisation, and design customised systems including reporting dashboards, lead conversion tools, and order tracking mechanisms. The systems will be implemented in phases with internal training to ensure sustainability and ownership by the General Traders team.
