Sun TV Network has reported its Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. The revenue for FY22 increased by 12.46 pc to Rs 3504.88 cr compared to Rs 3116.59 cr for the year ended 31st March 2021.
The Ad revenue increased by 30.84 pc from Rs 994.03 cr to Rs 1300.60 cr. Subscription revenue declined by 3.73 pc to Rs 1657.13 cr from Rs 1721.48 cr. EBITDA increased by 9.50 pc at Rs 2263.78 cr from Rs 2067.40 cr. The net profit grew by 8.18 pc from Rs 1520.41 cr to Rs 1644.80 cr.
The Q4 FY22 report showed increase in revenue by 6.52 pc at Rs 833.01 cr from Rs 781.99 cr for the corresponding quarter ended 31st March 2021.
The company’s subscription revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 416.03 cr as against Rs 428.12 cr. The ad revenue increased by 7 pc at Rs 337.1 cr. EBITDA stood at Rs 553.33 cr as against Rs 546.79 cr. The net profit stood at Rs 404.35 cr as against Rs 449.88 cr.
