Mumbai: RBL Bank has announced the appointment of T S Pari as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to joining RBL Bank, Pari served as Group President at YES Bank.

With over 25 years of experience, T S Pari has worked with leading Indian and international banks across various domains and has held senior leadership roles. His work in driving Digital Banking Operations and establishing scalable Centers of Excellence from the ground up demonstrates his passion for quality, a strong business acumen, and a FinTech mindset. He will be leading customer-centric operations, service delivery, and the automation & digitization of processes across all products and customer segments in the Bank. His key role will involve ensuring best-in-class management and governance practices. We wish him all the best!”
T S Pari’s career spans over two decades, with significant roles at prominent financial institutions such as Citi, HDFC Bank, and GE Capital. He is known for his expertise in retail banking, management, and credit cards.
Pari holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Annamalai University. As COO, he will play a key role in transforming RBL Bank’s operations and strengthening its position in the industry through enhanced customer experience and operational excellence.
