Mumbai: Tata Play Binge has expanded its growing OTT portfolio with the addition of two new regional entertainment platforms—Ultra Play and Ultra Jhakaas. The move reinforces its commitment to providing India’s most diverse content offering under one unified streaming destination, now hosting 36 OTT apps.

Ultra Play, a Hindi-language platform by Ultra Media Pvt. Ltd., brings over 5,000 hours of entertainment across 1,800+ titles, spanning retro cinema, web series, and a rich catalogue of South Indian and Hollywood films dubbed in Hindi. With classics dating back to 1943 and popular blockbusters such as Krrish, Gadar Ek Prem Katha, Dabangg, 3 Idiots, Toilet–Ek Prem Katha, Andaz Apna Apna, and Ghajini, Ultra Play aims to cater to India’s 600+ million Hindi-speaking audience worldwide.

Ultra Jhakaas, the Marathi OTT offering from Ultra Media, features 4,000+ hours of regional entertainment. Its lineup includes more than 1,500 titles—ranging from Marathi films, nataks, originals, dubbed content, kids’ programming, and music. Noteworthy titles include Better Half Chi Love Story, Jilebi, Ek Daav Bhootacha, award-winning originals like IPC, and popular content such as Saubhagyawati Sarpanch. With weekly new releases, the platform continues to champion Marathi narratives and creators.

With these additions, Tata Play Binge further strengthens its regional and genre diversity, offering subscribers seamless access to both platforms through a single interface.

Speaking about the partnership, Pallavi Puri, Chief Commercial and Content Officer, Tata Play, said, “In 2025, Tata Play Binge continued to grow its content portfolio, bringing India’s diverse entertainment landscape together on a single platform. The addition of Ultra Play and Ultra Jhakaas further strengthens our Hindi and Marathi offerings, ensuring that our viewers have access to an even wider range of culturally rich movies, shows, and web series. At Tata Play Binge, we remain committed to curating content that celebrates India’s linguistic and creative diversity while delivering seamless entertainment experiences for every viewer.”

Expressing enthusiasm for the collaboration, Sushilkumar Agrawal, Managing Director, Ultra Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., said, “In 2025, the integration of Ultra Play and Ultra Jhakaas with Tata Play Binge marks a significant milestone in making premium Hindi and Marathi entertainment accessible to a pan-India audience on a single, user-friendly platform. This collaboration amplifies the reach of our curated library of timeless classics, blockbuster films, and original web series, enriching the cultural tapestry of Indian storytelling. At Ultra, we are excited to partner with Tata Play Binge to deliver high-quality, regionally resonant content that entertains, engages, and celebrates the vibrant diversity of our viewers across the nation.”

With 36+ OTT apps, Tata Play Binge continues to serve as India’s most comprehensive OTT aggregator, offering single-login access to leading platforms like Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5, Apple TV+, Lionsgate Play, Fancode, Aha, Sun NXT, Discovery+, ShemarooMe, ManoramaMax, Nammaflix, and more. Users can enjoy these apps across connected devices including LG, Samsung, and Android smart TVs, Tata Play Binge+ STB, the Tata Play edition of Amazon Fire TV Stick, and the Tata Play Binge website.

Netflix may be availed through combo packs with DTH channels, while Amazon Prime Video is offered as an add-on for Binge users with an active Tata Play DTH connection.

With Ultra Play and Ultra Jhakaas onboard, Tata Play Binge further strengthens its position as the ultimate destination for all-in-one streaming entertainment.
