2021 is a year of hope and accomplishments. Having already set a benchmark in the cookware industry, Vinod has been catering to Indian homemakers with over 400 products in seven categories. To continue the robust journey, we will be following a five-pronged approach in 2021 – (a) expanding our product ranges with products that match the consumption pattern of the audience. Strengthening our presence in the online space along with Tier 3 and Tier 4 Markets. The new markets are big and largely untapped; we look at leveraging the first mover advantage there.
We have a commendable sales and distribution network across India. The recent pandemic has made us rethink and realign our strategy and invest in building a robust logistics channel to stay unaffected in case of future eventualities
Focus & invest for state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery, which shall enable previous production capacity to be doubled. Along with this, we shall be also looking at adopting some new automated technologies like AI and Machine Learning, for streamlining the manufacturing process.
