The Reppro secures strategic communication mandate for Nottingham Trent University in India

Mumbai: The Reppro has been appointed communications partner for Nottingham Trent University (NTU) in India, expanding its growing education portfolio. The mandate covers Public Relations, Social Media, and Digital Marketing, and is aimed at building NTU’s profile among Indian students and institutions.

India remains a priority market for global universities, with a sharp rise in students seeking internationally recognised education opportunities. NTU, one of the UK’s leading institutions, is widely known for its teaching excellence, strong industry links, and employability focus. With a student community from over 160 countries and partnerships with 300+ universities worldwide, NTU combines academic strength with real-world career outcomes.

The collaboration with The Reppro will strengthen NTU’s visibility in India, connecting with prospective students and forging partnerships with local institutions. As part of the mandate, The Reppro will implement an integrated communications strategy to highlight NTU’s global reputation, its student-first ethos, and its support for Indian students on visas, funding, employability, and academic preparation.

Anna Audhali, Senior Regional Manager at Nottingham Trent University, said, “With Indian student enrolment in the UK growing by nearly 274% since 2019, India continues to be pivotal for Nottingham Trent University’s global outlook. We are pleased to begin this collaboration with The Reppro to deepen our engagement in the country. Through this partnership, we hope to share NTU’s values and opportunities more widely, and strengthen connections with Indian students, families, and academic partners.”

This collaboration represents an important milestone in NTU’s global engagement strategy and reflects its long-term commitment to supporting Indian students with internationally recognised education opportunities.

NTU is recognised for its research impact and innovative teaching, with research twice honoured with the Queen’s Anniversary Prize (2015, 2021). In REF 2021, 83% of NTU’s research activity was rated world-leading or internationally excellent. The university has also received multiple national honours for student success, innovation, and sustainability, including being named ‘University of the Year’ five times in the past six years.
