Experience Commerce has partnered with FiatPe to lead its social media presence, strengthening the agency’s growing portfolio in India’s fast-evolving fintech ecosystem.

Mumbai: Experience Commerce, a full-service digital marketing agency and part of the Cheil SWA Group, has secured the annual social media mandate for Fiat Payments Private Limited (FiatPe) following a multi-agency pitch involving several reputed agencies.

Launched in 2022, FiatPe is a digital payments platform built to support India’s Digital India movement, offering payment infrastructure that simplifies how merchants and businesses transact in an increasingly digital economy. The platform focuses on providing reliable, merchant-first payment solutions designed to support businesses across both online and offline ecosystems.

As part of the engagement, Experience Commerce (EC) will manage FiatPe’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, crafting a cohesive digital narrative aligned with the brand’s positioning as a merchant-first fintech platform. The mandate includes strategic social media planning, content-led campaigns, and page growth initiatives, leveraging platform-native formats such as Instagram Reels and Guides to maximise reach and engagement.

The collaboration will focus on strengthening FiatPe’s digital presence across key markets including Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, while supporting expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India. Experience Commerce will work to enhance online discovery and reinforce FiatPe’s infrastructure-led positioning, highlighting reliability, trust, and long-term value for offline merchants, corporate entities, and e-commerce businesses, while supporting brand awareness, engagement, and merchant acquisition.
