Mumbai: Tilt Brand Solutions has announced the appointment of Sandeep Nair as Executive Vice President & Head of Consulting to lead and scale ConsulT, the agency’s specialised brand consulting division.
ConsulT will function as the strategic front-end of Tilt’s offerings, delivering consulting services across growth strategy, brand strategy, portfolio and architecture, and brand identity systems. The practice has been created to support businesses at varied stages of transformation — from early-stage ventures translating founder vision into scalable brands, to growth-stage companies redefining positioning, and established businesses seeking sharper relevance and new growth opportunities.

Sandeep brings more than 16 years of experience across India, the UK and APAC markets, having worked with organisations including P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Tata Consumer Products and Swiggy. His expertise spans brand strategy, go-to-market planning, innovation, global restages and new product launches.
Most recently, he served as Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at brand strategy consultancy David & Who, advising clients ranging from venture-backed startups to listed enterprises.
