The startup has hired multiple talents across levels to fuel its growth. Some of them include Swapnil Kudle, as Chief Strategy Officer & Gagan Maheshwari as Chief Marketing Officer, and a few others.
While Gagan has an experience of 10 years in various backgrounds, on the other hand, Swapnil holds an overall experience of 12 years in industries such as FMCG, auto, and IT consulting. Both take a keen interest in blockchain, crypto, gaming, and the NFT space.
Totality Corp also plans to hire those on board who are currently out of a job or have been on a break for a prolonged time due to serious reasons. The company wants to reassure people by providing competent opportunities to people in a state of despair due to joblessness. The company leadership thinks this will further encourage other industry leaders to step up the game and help people in need.
