New Delhi: Tribes Communication commemorated the 11th Annual Edition of ROAR, its flagship annual conference, signalling a defining milestone in its journey as it transitions into a fully independent agency and embarks on a sharper, strategy-led growth phase.
ROAR 2026 brought together leadership and over 250 team members from across India to reflect on more than a decade of institution-building, celebrate collective achievements, and align on a future-focused roadmap. The conference marked not just another year of growth, but a structural and strategic inflection point for the integrated marketing communications firm.

Addressing the gathering, Gour Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, Tribes Communication, said, “Our transition to full independence is not just a milestone; it is a mandate for transformation. What we have built over the last decade has been powered by collective ambition, cross-functional collaboration, and an unshakeable belief in our people.
As we step into this next phase, our focus sharpens on becoming a truly consulting-led, tech-enabled partner to our clients, where data, digital intelligence, and integrated thinking converge to solve real business challenges. We are proudly Indian in our insight, ingenious in our approach, and global in our standards. This next chapter is about transforming how we create value for our teams, for our partners, and for the brands we help build.”
With enhanced decision-making autonomy and deeper operational control, Tribes is positioning itself to accelerate its consulting-led approach by integrating strategy, creative, digital, and experiential capabilities into cohesive, outcome-driven solutions.
ROAR 2026 also recognised excellence across the organisation, with top performers honoured through annual awards celebrating leadership, impact, and ownership—reinforcing the agency’s meritocratic culture.
The two-day conference featured high-impact sessions led by Sonal Dabral, Creative Consultant and Screenwriter, former Chief Creative Officer and Chairman at DDB Mudra, and Shivender Pratap Singh Kanwar. Dabral spoke about creativity and advertising, highlighting the power of collaboration and collective vision in building meaningful brands, while Colonel Kanwar drew parallels between Special Forces teamwork and high-performing corporate teams, underscoring resilience, unity, and disciplined execution.
Set against a backdrop of music, engagement activities, and collaborative experiences, ROAR 2026 aimed to re-energise teams and strengthen alignment as the agency steps into its next phase.
With its independent identity now firmly established, Tribes Communication enters a new chapter focused on delivering agile, insight-led, and business-aligned solutions in an increasingly complex communications landscape—positioning itself as a proudly Indian, independent agency committed to strategic clarity, creative excellence, and measurable business impact.
