Mumbai: udChalo (Upcurve Business Services Pvt. Ltd), a consumer tech company that caters to the niche segment of the armed forces said that the platform is being targeted by the competitors.
The competitors are trying to grab attention of the 2.8million active users and are hence using keywords and AdWords of the company.
On February 25, 2022, udChalo filed a suit for Permanent Injunction restraining infringement of Trade Mark, passing off, Dilution of Goodwill, unfair competition, Rendition of Accounts of Profits/ Damages, Delivery up etc. against Easy Trip Planners Pvt. Ltd., Happyfares, Google India Pvt. Ltd. and Ggole LLC before Hon’ble High Court,Delhi.
