Mumbai: Umiya Buildcon Limited, a publicly listed dual-sector company, has announced two senior leadership appointments following its Board meeting held on September 1, 2025. Group Captain C.S. Krishnadas (Retd), formerly Chief Operating Officer, has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer, while Ms. Khushali Mehta, daughter of Chairman and Managing Director Aniruddha Bhanuprasad Mehta, has been appointed Vice President – Strategy.
Group Captain Krishnadas (Retd.) brings nearly three decades of experience across telecommunications, defence procurement, satellite communication, electronics manufacturing, and digital infrastructure. A veteran of the Indian Air Force, he is widely recognised for integrating military-grade systems engineering with business transformation.
As COO at Umiya Buildcon, he played a pivotal role in scaling operations, strengthening the technology backbone, and enhancing programme delivery. With expertise in IP/MPLS networks, tactical communication systems, and program management, he has a proven track record of leading P&L-focused business units and building future-ready technology platforms.

Joining the leadership team as Vice President – Strategy, Khushali Mehta brings experience as a management consultant, having spent six years with Accenture in London. She has specialised in customer-centric strategies, digital adoption, and inclusive solutions, leading multi-stream agile projects and managing complex stakeholder programmes. Her contributions have been recognised with multiple awards, including the Accenture 360 Award for Outstanding Client Contribution.
