Gurugram: VLCC has announced the appointment of Geetika Hans as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth and expansion.
With over 18 years of experience in building people capability across complex, high-growth organisations, Geetika will lead VLCC’s People & Organization agenda. In her new role, she will focus on driving organisational effectiveness, building leadership depth across markets and formats, and aligning people strategy closely with business priorities.
Her mandate will include shaping talent architecture, strengthening frontline capabilities, and institutionalising high-performance practices aimed at accelerating business outcomes.
The appointment comes at a strategic juncture for VLCC, as the company expands across geographies and service formats, making agile, high-performing teams a critical lever for sustained growth.
Geetika joins VLCC from MPS Limited, where she served as Chief People Officer, leading HR strategy for a global workforce of over 3,000 employees. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at OYO and Accenture, where she partnered closely with business leaders on talent transformation and large-scale organisational change.
