Nilesh Zaveri has joined Waner Bros. Discovery as Senior Vice President, CFO, and COO, APAC. He previously worked for VICE Media as Managing Director, APAC.
Revealing the new role on his LinkedIn handle, Nilesh shared, “Excited to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President, CFO and COO, APAC at Warner Bros. Discovery!”
Prior to VICE Media, Nilesh was with Discovery Inc. as SVP, CFO, and Corporate Operations, Asia Pacific between 2014 and 2017. Before this, he worked for ESPN Star Sports as SVP & CFO, Asia Pacific from 2012 to 2014. Previous to this, he associated with 21ST Century Fox where he played leading roles in Finance between 2009 and 2012.
Before joining 21st Century Fox, Nilesh served for Star TV Network Asia and Star TV Network India from 2003 to 2009. Prior to this, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Assistant Manager – Audit & Assurance between 2000 and 2003. He started his career at Deloitte since 1997.
With more than 20 years of experience, Nilesh has expertise in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Business Development, M& A and board representation. He has a proven to lead large team across geographies and setting up new business, markets and team.
