While Arnab Goswami’s Republic has announced its Digital debut recently, it has also applied for a News Broadcaster licence with Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
Republic News Broadcast and Digital Venture is established by Arnab Goswami and his wife Samyabrata Ray Goswami through ARG Outlier Media and SARG Media Holding floated by the couples in association with Ajay Gard from Ahmadabad, who is the Managing Director of Equirus Capital.
As reported first by tvnews4u.com, Republic will collaborate with Bangalore based Media owner Rajeev Chandrasekar, Who owns Asianet News Channels in Kannada and Malayalam.
