World Wide Open bags two Golds at 6th Asia Pacific

It was a remarkable evening for the team of ‘World Wide Open’ as they bagged two prestigious Golds at the 6th Asia Pacific Consumer Engagement Forum (ACEF) in the categories of “Creativity” and “Successful Use Of Technology”, for the digital marketing of the film ‘Commando 2’.

A high-octane action flick,’Commando 2′ was a sequel to the 2013 film ‘Commando’. It starred Vidyut Jamwal, Esha Gupta and Adah Sharma in pivotal roles and released on March 2, 2017. Directed by Deven Bhojani and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the digital duties of the film were handed over to WWO.

The agency managed to sketch out a well-thought plan and executed it effortlessly in the 60 days long campaign which was headed by their Business Head Saahil Krishnani. It was much appreciated for its strategised approach and virality.

Adding further to this, Reliance Entertainment’s Marketing Head, Sameer Chopra said, “The digital campaign of the film was certainly one of its key talking points and I would like to credit WWO for its flawless execution. On all its asset launches and even during the smallest of activities in the digital arena, the WWO force has managed to help us remain on the top in the digital trends.”

Set up in 2014, WWO is a 360 degree digital marketing and advertising agency, which is a part of Reliance Entertainment. The agency forayed into the entertainment business last year, and have managed to create some of the most flawless and most appreciate campaigns of recent times including ‘Phillauri’, ‘Trapped’ and more recently ‘Half Girlfriend’ & ‘Raabta’. Keeping up with the dynamic nature of the entertainment business, the team has been constantly striving to up-the-game, giving equal significance to innovation, creativity, design and analytics.
