To celebrate the power of women, this International Women’s Day Zee Café presents the story of two fearless women who won the battle of survival with their never-give-up attitude. Christine Baranski starrer The Good Fight is the story of a lawyer Diane who finds herself in soup after a large financial scam destroys her savings and discredits her goddaughter, Maia.
The fifth season continues with the mirroring of the American political arena along with showcasing Diane’s struggle in her current firm. In the season 5 premiere events take a turn and Diane finds herself leading Reddick Lockhart, a historically Black firm. Having a white woman in such a high position doesn’t sit well with most of the firm, and several partners raise their voices to pull Diane down. In an attempt to salvage the situation and to protect her power, Diane takes the help of a rich but racist corporate client which creates a rift between her and her partner as well. Good Fight Season 5 will run on Zee Café at 8:00 PM on weekdays starting 7th March.
