Mumbai: Zee Classic announced it support towards the Old World Theatre Festival being held at New Delhi’s India Habitat Centre. Showcasing the best of Indian theatre across the country to entertainment enthusiasts, this festival features on the annual calendar of the who’s who of Indian theatre. This association marks Zee Classic’s collaboration with the 16th edition of the Old World Theatre Festival to showcase classic theatre productions with diverse themes, props and characters through 15 stunning productions. The Old World Theatre Festival kicked off on 6th October 2017 and will continue until 15th October 2017.
A dramatic celebration of raw tangibility, poignant anecdotes and majestic yet hard-hitting concepts, the Old World Theatre Festival presents a hand-picked selection of critically acclaimed theatre productions to audiences the Delhi and NCR region. The plays will showcase the compelling range and versatility of some of the best theatre actors as they come together for ingenious storytelling being showcased at the India Habitat Centre. Some of the renowned faces whose work will be seen during the theatre productions include Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Himanshu Talreja, Manav Kaul, Sugandha Garg, Vinayak Sharma, Faezeh Jalali, Meher Acharia-Dar, Mahnaz Damania, Vikrant Dhote, Karan Desai, etc.
