Karnataka: Zee Kannada’s Dance Karnataka Dance has now reached its final destination. A whopping crowd of 35,000 made an appearance in Channarayapatna, Hassan district for the third season of this signature dance reality show by Zee Kannada.
Hosted by the multitalented leading anchor Anushree, the esteemed panel of judges including Crazy Queen Rakshitha, Magical Composer Arjun Janya and Chinnari Muttha Vijay Raghavendra, a proponent actor, singer, and dancer, have contributed to the success of yet another season with their valued advice to the contenders. The Jury members, Deepkshith Shetty from Naagini, Hithesh Kumar from Comedy Khiladigalu, Sinmah from ji maha Jodi, Apartment Gowdru and Anusha from Shrimaan Shrimathi, and Sunil Gujagonda from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, cheered through the final act of the contenders.
The 12 little celebrities who had participated in Drama Juniors, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs, and other serials, are the leading contestants of this season. After a successful dance journey of 15 weeks, Jnaneshwar-Lahari, Srujan-Aishwarya, Preetham-Anshika and Suraj-Shravya have reached the final league of Little Masters Season 3 that consist of 2 rounds.
Round one, pre-finale contained performances by all 4 pairs where Suraj-Shravya performed to the track Jai Ho with 65 dancers completing a categorical round of cultural and traditional aspects that included various dance forms like, Yakshagana, Dollu Kunitha, Bharatanatyam, and Bhangra. Srujan-Aishwarya’s majestic performance on a fusion track emulated the elements of nature. Jnaneshwar-Lahari dedicated their act to Dr.Vishnuvardhan, the legendary Actor and Director in the Kannada film industry. Preetham-Anshika performed to a song about Mahabharata, wooing the audiences as they played the role of Arjuna and Krishna, concluding to a powerful message regarding the respect a woman demands.
In the round two, the final round, the choreographers were given the task of bringing using the most-challenging props on-stage for the concluding round. A pair performed to a track by V. Ravichandran, mirroring the actual set-performance, by bringing-in 2 cars on stage.
The night came to an end with special performance by the judges Rakshitha, Arjun Janya, Vijay Raghavendra, including the host Anushree.
Dance Karnataka Dance Little Master finals will be telecast on 23rd September at 7:30 PM, on Zee Kannada.
