New Delhi: CNN-News18 English news channel has once again been recognized for outstanding journalism at the recently concluded Asian Television Awards 2016. Zakka Jacob, Deputy Executive Editor, CNN-News18, has been awarded Best News Presenter for the channel’s primetime show India@9.
As one of CNN-News 18’s top anchors, Zakka has managed to carve a niche for himself in the highly competitive primetime slot in the English news genre. Zakka’s assertive yet calm demeanor, and sharp questions have helped him build a reputation of a credible anchor who provides his viewers with nuanced perspectives and substantive analysis.
