Chennai: After a long gap, Star India’s Tamil GEC Star Vijay television, which was once popular for telecasting Hollywood blockbusters dubbed in Tamil is revisiting the trend again. On December 18th Sunday, Vijay TV had telecast the 2016 blockbuster- The Jungle book.
For those who missed to watch the blockbuster earlier, The Channel will be airing the The Jungle book on December 25th, 11 am to bring more joy on Christmas Eve.
It is a live-action movie that tells the story of Mowgli, an orphaned human boy who, guided by his animal guardians, sets out on a journey of self-discovery while evading the threatening Shere Khan. Be it TV or film, jungle book is one story which enthrals various section of audience. The film was directed by the academy award winner, director Jon Favreau.
The film’s cast includes three Oscar winners: Ben Kingsley, Lupita Nyong’o and Christopher Walken; and an Oscar nominee: Bill Murray.
