Hyderabad: Karthika Masam is considered a sacred month for worshipping Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Lord Subrahmanya. Celebrating this auspicious month alongside viewers, the Zee Kutumbam is bring together over 30 female artists from across Zee Telugu’s fiction offerings for another edition of Karthika Kanthulu. The four-hour special event will air on 12th November 2017 at 2:00 PM on Zee Telugu.
Starting off with a colorful Rangoli competition, the artists will be split into five groups and will engage in a variety of games including Perantam, Antakshari and a few more traditional games. The artists will also get a chance to cheer for each other as they walk the ramp donning the best and stylish traditional attire. The Karthika Kanthulu event will be hosted by Ravi and Sreemukhi, two of Zee Telugu’s viewers all-time favorite anchors. As the sun sets, all the artists will come together, light their Akaasa Deepams, marking the holy occasion of Karthika Pournima.
The evening will end on a high-note with power-packed performances by members of the Zee Kutumbam. These will include solo performances by the female lead actors, the antagonists and the ever-enthusiastic mothers-in-law from Zee Telugu’s fiction shows Mudda Mandaram, Punnaga, That Is Mahalakshmi, Kalyana Vaibhogam, America Ammayi and Mutuyala Muggu to name a few. And, if these excite you, a lot more surprises are in-store for Zee Telugu’s viewers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
