OTT platform ShemarooMe enters into content partnership with Amazon Fire TV Stick

Mumbai: Shemaroo Entertainment Limited’s over-the-top (OTT) platform ShemarooMe, is now available on the Amazon Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote. The recently launched OTT platform, ShemarooMe features avid content ranging from Bollywood, Gujarati, Punjabi, Devotional to Kids categories. ShemarooMe app on Amazon Fire TV stick provides the ultimate digital delight craved by every household in India, with nominal subscription charges on a monthly or yearly basis.

The ShemarooMe app has an abounding library of more than 2500 titles from various genres. After receiving immense love for ShemarooMe, the company today announced that its association with Amazon will bring in wholesome entertainment to the living rooms of Indian audience. The viewers will be able to watch and enjoy unlimited exciting and engaging content of their choice.

Commenting on the association with Amazon Fire TV Stick, Zubin Dubash, COO – Digital, Shemaroo Entertainment Limited said, “Consumers can watch content ranging from Kids to Bollywood to Devotion with this partnership. Amazon Fire TV stick can be plugged to a HDMI port of any television and comes with the Alexa Voice Remote. Customers can control their entertainment and playback experience by just talking to the Alexa on their Voice Remote or stream browse to experience their favourite videos, applications, games, digital content etc. ShemarooMe will now be featured in the apps section, allowing users to choose between various genres ranging from Bollywood to Devotional. This will give the audience the freedom to choose between the screens of their choice, along with the endless availability of content for everyone.
