Mumbai: The first multi-team Women’s T20 challenge begins today in Jaipur where Harmanpreet Kaur’s Supernovas take on Smriti Mandhana’s Trailblazers. Some of the best female international players from India, New Zealand, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka will be in action over the span of 6 days. Adding to the excitement, Star Sports has a host of programming initiatives in store for cricket fans and will broadcast the matches LIVE in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu & Bengali.
The Women’s T20 Challenge 2019 match between Supernovas and Trailblazers will be played at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. The matches will broadcast during prime time at 7.30 pm IST with the toss to take place at 7.00 pm IST.
Keeping ardent cricket fans ahead of the game and sharing a ball by ball analysis will be Star Sports experts Reema Malhotra, Irfan Pathan, RP Singh, Dean Jones & Scott Styris.
Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana and Mithali Raj will lead Supernovas, Trailblazers and Velocity – the new team this edition – respectively.
