Brands breaking the clutter this Diwali

Diwali is one of the most important festivals especially for brands as it is a great opportunity for them to connect with their consumers, create engagement and a strong brand recall. Taking this opportunity, every year brands release campaigns that highlight the true essence of the festival of lights.

Here are some brands that broke the clutter.

Sony YAY!

Sony YAY! announced Pawsome Diwali campaign and as a part of the Diwali celebrations, Honey and Bunny with their young fans donated ear mufflers to animal shelters and NGOs working towards animal welfare, to shield animals against the noise of fire-crackers. They also got together with NGOs like JeevBasera, Stray Relief and Animal Welfare, India and Almighty Animal Care Trust to organize workshops across various key cities like Lucknow, Delhi and Chennai respectively to educate young minds about the importance of a noise-free Diwali.

TikTok & GoIbibo

TikTok along with GoIbibo has launched Diwali-themed stickers that will be available for all users to create unique, personalized greetings using #TikTokDiwali. The users with the most creative greetings will win rewards ranging from goCash+ to domestic and international travel packages provided by GoIbibo.

BIG FM along with Helpage India & Central Bank of India

BIG FM has introduced noble cause #IGiftEyeSight that will light up many lives this Diwali. The radio station has associated with reputed NGO, HelpAge India and is putting its best foot forward towards eradicating darkness from the lives of underprivileged individuals. Presented by Central Bank of India, the initiative intends to gift corrective surgeries to the needy post which they will be able to see clearly.

Helo

Helolaunches its #HappyDiwali and #Diwali2019 hashtag campaign. The in-app campaign themed “Home, Reunion, Warmth”, brings everyone together to create festive content, and to share their Diwali celebrations with friends, family and communities, in their own unique way and in their own language.

HDFC

With the ‘Make Every #WishComeTrue with #HDFCBankFestiveTreats’ campaign, the brand capitalizes on influencer ads of every other brand out there. Every influencer ad on Instagram stories was followed with an HDFC Bank story of how to buy that product with an HDFC Bank offer. An ad for an ad.

Seniority and Dozee

Seniority and Dozee urge millennials to take #ParentalLeavethis Diwali. Their Diwali campaign captures the essence of familial relationships this festive season. Seniority an e-retail destination for seniors, and Dozee, an award-winning contactless health monitor, have collaborated to launch #ParentalLeave, a special campaign to promote PL or Parental Leave urging millennials to spend quality time with their parents this festive season.

Angel Broking

Angel Broking, a full-service retail broking houses has launched a campaign this Diwali season that encourages investors, traders as well as customers to buy shares and stocks this Muhurat trading session with the hashtag #ShagunKeShares.
