TO THE NEW and Evergent Partner to Improve Customer Management & Monetization for OTT Service Providers

TO THE NEW, one of the leading digital tech companies with a media & entertainment focus has partnered with market leader Evergent to drive superior customer management and enable new and flexible business models with higher monetization for all OTT service providers.

TO THE NEW will offer Evergent’s Revenue & Customer Relationship Management suite as part of its OTT solution called VideoReady to support businesses with innovative customer lifecycle management experiences. This will help OTT customers increase their revenues while reducing churn by offering flexible and dynamic products that can be monetized via multiple billing options.

TO THE NEW has been trusted by global media brands for its engineering, technology, and content operation needs since 2008. The company provides technology services across the OTT value chain including system integration involving market-leading products in areas including Multi-DRM, Players, Ad-Platforms, Data & Analytics, and Customer Management.

Pre-integration of Evergent’s Revenue & Customer Relationship Management suite with TO THE NEW’s VideoReady will provide OTT service providers with a faster GTM with market-leading OTT revenue and customer management capabilities.
